Canby has had its own Municipal Court since 1960. Court is held every Thursday in the City Council Chamber at 155 NW 2nd Avenue. The court has jurisdiction over traffic violations, traffic crimes, misdemeanors and Municipal code violations that are committed within the corporate limits of Canby.
