Traffic crimes and misdemeanors require an appearance in court.  Traffic citations may be handled before your court date by contacting the Court Clerk or coming to the Court office.  The Court Clerk may be able to accept pleas, set up payment plans and explain fix it or other programs depending upon eligibility.  You must appear at your scheduled court day and time unless you make a plea or are granted a reset by the Court Clerk before your court date.
