BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Canby Urban
Renewal Agency hereby adopts the budget for fiscal year 2002-03
in the sum of $ 3,389,500.00 now on file at the City of Canby, 182
N Holly St. Canby, Oregon.
BE IT RESOLVED that the amounts for the fiscal year beginning July1,
2002 and for the purpose shown below are hereby appropriated:

BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of the Canby Urban Renewal Agency
hereby resolves to certify to the county assessor a request for
the Canby Urban Renewal Plan Area for the maximum amount of revenue
that may be raised by dividing the taxed under section 1c, Article
XI of the Oregon Constitution and ORS Chapter 457.
This resolution takes effect on July 1, 2002.
This resolution statement approved and declared on the 19 day of June 2002.
